Refreshing sea view moments

During my stay, I enjoyed the refreshing sea view from my Family Seaview Suite, making each morning a delight. The hotel staff were consistently polite and ready to assist with any request.

However, the shuttle service could have been improved with more frequent departures, especially during busy hours. It was frustrating having to deal with taxi challenges after shuttle hours.

Buying bottled water via vending machine is frustrating!!! The hotel could also improve soundproofing as noisy guests echo in the corridor!!! A more comfortable bed would enhance the stay significantly!!!

The FAMILY SEAVIEW SUITE with Sofa Bed was amazing! The view was stunning, and we loved the helpful staff. Unfortunately, the double bed was a bit hard, and we faced some noise from other guests. 😅

The stunning seaside view from my room was captivating. I really enjoyed the refreshing pool and jacuzzi after a long day. The shuttle service to the nearest MTR station was super convenient, making our city explorations a breeze.

The spacious room offered a fantastic bay view and was impeccably clean, making it a welcoming retreat. Staff members were exceptionally helpful, quickly returning a lost item and even loaning us an adapter for our devices. However, the breakfast selection was limited, and the shuttle service was often overcrowded, leading us to take public transportation more frequently.

Nice views, needs work

The seaview room was pretty cool and waking up to that view was a highlight. I had a really annoying issue with the cleanliness though – there was hair on the bed. Also, it’s strange they give toilet paper in the tissue box. Food at the restaurant was decent, but overall, the place felt a bit worn out.
